| | Well what a fun Halloween weekend.
Friday night hang out with Steve and Matt. Matt and I decided to do full throttle bombs and get pretty tipsy. We head over to First Ave for their halloween thingy. Get in for free because I am on the list. Grind up on Matt's girlfriend all night, which Matt finds hilarious. Leave First Ave, can't find a bus or taxi, Matt, his girl, and I have to hike it home. I end up sleeping on Steve's couch.
Saturday morning Matt invites me to come along with the Van Gobots to Cedar Falls, Iowa. I have lots of fun at the gig. Rock out to Veronia Grove. Dance with some asian girl during Pictures of Men. Gig ends and Matt and I end up loading all the gear back in the truck while Keith gets wasted, Mike does whatever, and Nick tries to bang some girl in a push up bra. End up following them to some house party. Matt and I stay in the truck and listen to MGMT. Nick tells us he is going to go back to push up bra's house. So Keith, Mike, Matt and I go to a Days In to spend the night. Mike saws logs like its the pacific northwest.
Sunday morning we check out around noon thirty. Nick rolls up in push up bra's Park Avenue. Get super pissed because sloppy Keith spilled a beer all over his notes, and because his Obama magnet is gone, acts like a bitch for the rest of the day. Drive home, Keith reads to us. Get back to my place, Matt writes Doc Date four hours late on my computer. Head over to Karlee's for some chili. Hang out, head home because I am tired.
Monday night I go to Girl Talk at First Ave with Steve and Matt. See Miguel. In the crowd for the first 40 minutes of the show. I get to tired so I get out and have a kiddie cocktail. Meet up with Matt. Him and I hang outside for a sec. Go back in and I buy him a kiddie cocktail. Head outside again as the show ends, make up a story of how we got kicked out to impress steve. Have to hike it home again.
Tuesday morning I vote, hang out with steve for a bit. Obama wins.
